Scholar Welfare Society community work

Who We Are

A registered society working across Haryana

Scholar Welfare Society is a registered society working toward education support, scholarships and competitive examination awareness, career guidance, youth empowerment, health and social awareness, social assistance, environmental protection, and rural development.

Our work is guided by a simple idea: जनसेवा हमारा धर्म • राष्ट्रसेवा हमारा कर्म — service to people is our duty, service to the nation is our purpose.

01

Our Vision

A society where access to education, guidance and welfare support is not limited by circumstance — where every individual has a fair opportunity to grow.

02

Our Mission

To work steadily across education, empowerment and social welfare — through awareness, direct assistance, and consistent, on-ground community engagement.

03

Our Values

Service, transparency, community-first thinking, and respect for the dignity of everyone we work with — these guide every activity we undertake.

Our Areas of Work

Eight areas that guide everything we do

Our Approach

Steady presence, not one-off events

We approach our work as an ongoing relationship with the communities we serve — not a series of disconnected events. That means combining awareness campaigns with direct support, and following up on the ground rather than stopping at a single activity.

All activities are documented and shared openly, so our work remains visible and accountable to the people who support it.

On-ground engagement

Activities are carried out directly within communities, not only through announcements.

Documented activities

Every activity is recorded and published so supporters can see real, ongoing work.

Community-first decisions

Programs are shaped around the needs communities express, not assumptions made for them.

Our Commitment

Accuracy and privacy, especially where children are involved

Because much of our work touches the lives of children and families, we are committed to protecting the privacy and dignity of everyone we work with. We do not publish personal or sensitive details of the individuals we support, and any future publication of images or stories will follow appropriate consent procedures.

We are also committed to representing our work accurately — including our registration status and the scope of our activities — without overstating claims, certifications, or results that have not been verified.
